Front and Church
I never really thought about it until class, but my favourite intersection has to be Front and Church. It draws me because it's such a mixture of old and new. It still retains some of it old Toronto charm with its smaller, independent stores. All the while it is surrounded my modern influences like tall office buildings and transnational companies. It's also a great place to go people watching. A mixture of people pass by Front and Church that you'll never get bored. It also helps that the intersection itself is visually appealing. So bottom line is that I like Front and Church because it represents the change and integration that Toronto is going through and has been through.
